How much do you charge?

Nothing. Really, it’s that easy!  When buying a home with us you don’t pay a single penny (or nickel, dime, quarter, etc.)  We’re paid directly from the seller.  Confused? Well, when a homeowner sells with an agent they often pay around 6% commission.  That fee is divided up between all the agents at closing.

Can you also help with financing?

Absolutely!  We can help you with all types of financing - from easy to more complicated lending.  Why not pre-qualify with us and allow our lending gurus to get your buying experience off on the right foot!  We’ll give you options that help you sleep warm and cozy at night!

I’m nervous about the current market

Let’s face it, prices on everything are going up.  Yes it can be scary, but we have the answer! There are a few real critical factors that let us help you get the payment that makes you feel warm and fuzzy.  The bottom line is interest rate and price of the home.  Finding that mixture of the perfect home, price, and rate is where our expertise comes in handy.
